A Pale Golden Refreshing Summer Wheat Beer

This 4.8% abv pale golden wheat beer is brewed using low colour Optic malt to produce this welcome straw colour. The beer is hopped with a generous dose of Northdown hops which provide a crisp, refreshing zing. Mellow, citrus notes persist into a long refreshing finish, that demands another taste!

The River Honddu (pronounced Hon-th-ee) flows through Brecon, descending from the Epynt hills, past both the Cathedral and the Castle, before joining the River Usk in the centre of the town. This confluence gives Brecon its Welsh name of Aberhonddu, (literally the mouth of the Honddu).
